The woody was the most expensive and the least popular Chevy for 1947. They built a total of 4,912 but you hardly see any Chevy woodies like you see the Ford woodies. This one is all stock looking on the outside and inside. Behind the scene it s updated. Just installed a new crate 350 Chevy engine with lots of chrome and polish. 350 turbo automatic transmission. Rack and pinion power steering. Mustang front clip. Front disc brakes drums on rear with a dual master cylinder. This is a real solid Chevy.
