The 16″ steel wheels have styled hubcaps and Samson Traker Plus M+S tires. A lifted suspension with Skyjacker Nitro 8000 shocks as well as Warn manually locking front hubs were added as part of the build along with the steering box and column from the aforementioned 1969 donor truck. Additional work involved replacing the steering drag link, wheel bearings, and shackles along with the brake booster and the front brake calipers, rotors, and pads.
