The 15″ steel wheels wear chrome VW-stamped hubcaps and are mounted with 165-series Coker Classic whitewall tires, and a matching spare is housed in the front trunk. Stopping power is provided by drum brakes at all four corners. The rear brakes and wheel cylinders were replaced in 2020.
