Rocket Racing 15″ Launcher ten-spoke wheels with 5.60-15 Firestone whitewall tires, and Rocket Racing 15″ Strike five-spoke wheels with 8.20-15 Firestone Deluxe Champion whitewall tires are mounted out back. Suspension modifications are said to include Model A hairpins, a dropped 1932 Ford front axle, POSIES springs, and Speedway Motors short-tube shocks up front, while out back a custom four-link suspension utilizes modified 1940 Ford wishbones and Model A leaf springs. A Speedway Motors Vega steering box with billet steering column is also installed, and braking is handled by front discs and rear drums.
