The Duesenberg II featured a custom X-frame chassis and utilized Ford Twin I-Beam front suspension along with power-assisted steering and brakes. A new brake booster and master cylinder were installed by the selling dealer in 2020. Flaws in the chrome on the wire wheels are noted.
