Staggered-width 20″ Ronal wheels feature Alpina center caps and are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tires showing 2017 date codes and measuring 255/35 up front and 285/30 out back. The four-wheel disc brake system is equipped with Dynamic Brake Control (DBC), and the Alpina model received a softer suspension compared to the standard Z8. Flushes of the brake fluid and power-steering fluid were performed in August 2021 by BMW of West Houston in Katy, Texas.
