The Borrani wire wheels are secured by three-eared knock-off hubs and are wrapped in 215/70VR15 Michelin XWX tires. A matching spare with a Michelin MXV4 tire is housed under the trunk floor. The 365 GT 2+2 model was the first Ferrari 2+2 offered with an independent rear suspension, and power-assisted steering was equipped from the factory. Stopping power is provided by servo-assisted four-wheel ventilated disc brakes.
