The body-color steel wheels feature red pinstriping and chrome hubcaps, and they are mounted with 7.00–16 Denman bias-ply whitewall tires. The 120-B rode on a 120″ wheelbase and featured a coil-sprung independent front suspension and a live rear axle with semi-elliptical leaf springs. Stopping power is provided by hydraulic drums at all four corners. Replacement wheel cylinders were installed in September 2023.
