Steel 16″ wheels feature polished trim rings and Packard Twelve hubcaps, and they are mounted with older Goodyear Hi-Miler bias-ply tires. An independent front suspension and hydraulic drum brakes at all four corners were standard features for Fifteenth Series models. Rust is noted on the wheels, the Packard emblem is missing from the left-front hubcap, and a steel rim without a tire is fitted in the trunk.
