The 15″ Rally wheels wear chrome trim rings and center caps and are mounted with an older set of reproduction Firestone Deluxe Champion tires. The car features a fully independent suspension, with upper and lower control arms at the front and a three-link setup with a transverse leaf spring at the rear. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs. Work during the refurbishment is said to have included rebuilding the suspension and brakes as well as replacing the steering linkages.
