Polished 19″ double-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Audi Magnetic Ride magnetorheological dampers were standard equipment on the R8. Replacement front dampers were fitted in September 2020, while the rear dampers were changed in October 2024. Braking is handled by four-wheel ventilated and cross-drilled discs.
