The 15″ Minator wheels are mounted with Hoosier tires measuring 5-15. The car is equipped with an independent front suspension with coil springs and hydraulic dampers as well as a rack-and-pinion steering system. Stopping power is provided by front and rear disc brakes. The tie rod ends and rear brake calipers and pads were replaced by Bill Schlossnagel in September 2024, at which time the calipers were modified to clear the rotors and the suspension was inspected.
