The steel wheels have been powder-coated red and wear chrome hubcaps and beauty rings and Coker Classic wide-whitewall tires. A refresh of the braking system reportedly included rebuilding the master cylinder and machining the drums, as well as replacing the lines, cylinders, shoes, and springs. The leaf springs were also powder-coated, and the suspension is said to have been overhauled with replacement bushings, ball joints, shocks, and U-bolts.
