The block was hot tanked and is said to maintain its factory standard bore. The cylinders were honed and cleaned with a Sunnen CK-10 machine, and the existing crankshaft, pistons, and rods were cleaned and reinstalled with a set of Hasting rings. The intake manifold was powdercoated to match the Hemi orange block and is topped by two Carter 750-cfm four-barrel carburetors. Chrome valve covers are equipped with polished-aluminum Offenhauser filtered breathers. Additional features include replacement main and rod bearings, a high-volume oil pump, and brass freeze plugs.
