Steel wheels wear single-piece chrome covers with body-colored centers and are mounted with 15″ Michelin XW4 whitewall tires. A pneumatic self-leveling suspension system with driver-adjustable shock absorbers was standard on the 600. Four-wheel disc brakes are actuated by a dual-circuit hydraulic system assisted by pressurized air, with twin calipers acting on each front rotor.
