The 13″ multi-piece wheels feature three-eared knock-off hubs and are mounted with Goodyear Eagle slicks. A matching set of wheels with AVON tires is included in the sale. The T212 features an aluminum monocoque chassis with an independent front suspension and a multi-link rear setup. Penske DA 7500 series non-reservoir shock absorbers were fitted under current ownership along with a CV joint conversion. Stopping power is provided by Girling two-piston calipers over discs at all four corners. An incident at Watkins Glen in 1973 reportedly damaged the right-rear magnesium hub, although the part has reportedly remained fitted since.
