The white-finished 15″ alloy wheels are mounted with 195/55 Bridgestone Potenza RE-01 tires. A black-painted spare wheel with a Bridgestone tire is mounted under the cargo floor. Type R featured revised shocks and stiffer sway bars compared to the standard Integra. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted anti-lock discs at all four corners.
