The car was fitted with a rack-and-pinion steering assembly and front disc brakes during the Deringer refurbishment. Chrome-finished 15″ wire wheels were mounted with 185/70 Pirelli tires in October 2022, at which time the brake fluid was flushed and the chassis was lubricated.
