The truck rides on a lifted suspension with Bilstein shocks and Wild Horses springs, and it is equipped with power steering, manually locking front hubs, and power-assisted front disc brakes. Work in December 2022 reportedly included installing upgraded front steering knuckles and power disc brakes. The rear brakes, including replacement drums and wheel cylinders, were overhauled in November 2023
